The staff were super helpful and friendly, making my stay much more pleasant. I enjoyed the clean and comfortable room, especially the nice bathroom lighting and spacious shower. The breakfast buffet had a decent selection, although the baguettes could be a bit fresher. I faced issues with the elevator being broken at checkout, forcing me to carry my luggage down a narrow staircase. The bar service was also inconsistent, as I was told it wasn’t serving alcohol at certain hours despite it being advertised as 24 hours. The area felt safe, but it's a bit far from central tourist spots, making it less convenient for sightseeing.

Decent Stay but Service Needs Improvement
The room offered a comfortable base for our family. we faced challenges with unhelpful staff who were dismissive of our requests. While the location was slightly off the main attractions, the nearby metro was convenient. Consider confirming special requests directly before arrival.

clean but location could improve
The room was modern and exceptionally clean, creating a pleasant environment during our stay. The staff were particularly polite and welcoming, which made us feel at home. We appreciated the nice city view from our room that added a special touch to the ambiance.
The location, while not central, made getting around a bit less convenient.

The staff were lovely, really went out of their way to help. My bed was super comfy and the room was clean as a whistle! Plus, free coffee and draught beer in the bar—what a bonus!
Now, if only the tram outside would stop its musical performances at night—an opera I didn't sign up for! And the breakfast area?

We enjoyed our stay, especially exploring the nearby Père Lachaise Cemetery with our little ones. The staff was incredibly accommodating, offering complimentary coffee and a decent breakfast to fuel our adventures. Plus, the cleanliness of the room made our family feel right at home.
In my wife’s opinion, the cot we received was quite unsafe for our baby, which made our nights more stressful.
